PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
All goods remain the property of Mums Essentials until full payment is received.
Mums Essentials reserve the right to change prices without prior
notification.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Any discrepancy must be notified within 48 hours of invoice/delivery.
Any damage must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
All goods supplied are on a non-returnable basis unless within the warranty
period and have a manufacturing fault after inspection by Mums Essentials
staff.
For non-delivery of carriage orders due to a customer error an additional
charge for carriage will apply to cover costs charged by carrier. Examples
of customer errors are no-one available to sign for delivery or incorrect
address given.
All our items are dispatched the following day after payment has been made
on a next day delivery service.
Our couriers will try their best to delivery items on a next day service,
however, we can not be held responsible for any delays experienced by our
couriers and late delivery.
All breast pump purchase and rentals will be delivered on a 24 hour basis. Whilest we endeavour to deliver all product on a 24 hour basis deliveries may take between 3 - 5 days
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All goods are subject to availability.
Mums Essentials reserve the right to change products and colours without
prior notice.
All products are supplied on a first come first served policy.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate
and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our
attention. If you find an error please contact us.
We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from
third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from
this site.
Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but are for illustration
only - products may differ slightly from those shown.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Please telephone us to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you
can quote your receipt number and the date of purchase. All goods should be
returned within 10 working days. Only goods in 'as new' condition can be
accepted. Breastpumps are a personal care item, after use refunds can only
be made on the pump, a deduction will be made for used collection sets.
Please note, goods are returned at your own expense. This guarantee in no
way affects your statutory rights.
