Shopping basket total of under £100 = £4.80 set charge

What do I do regarding regarding returns and refunds

Please telephone us to arrange returns/refunds. It is always helpful if you can quote your receipt number and the date of purchase. All goods should be returned within 10 working days. Only goods in 'as new' condition can be accepted. Breastpumps are a personal care item, after use refunds can only be made on the pump, a deduction will be made for used collection sets.

Please note, goods are returned at your own expense. This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
